“I recently had a split system installed by Favero Air Conditioning, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Marc arrived exactly on time and took the time to explain the best placement for the unit. What impressed me most was their attention to detail — they even laid down mats to protect my floors and cleaned the area before they left. The price was exactly what was quoted with no hidden fees. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional, tidy and honest HVAC team!”

“I'd heard a great story about a quote coming in under, and Marc only charged what it actually cost. He then quoted my mother on an 8kW system, and because he had no 8s in stock and didn't want to make her wait, he fitted a 9kW — and still only charged her the price of the 8. When I offered to pay the difference, he said don't stress, it was my choice. This is a family run business, and from what I've been told his dad was exactly the same.”

“Marc and his team, you are the best at what you do. Excellent customer service.”
